How far in advance should I book?
For regular services, we recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead. For holiday periods or extended pet sitting, booking two weeks in advance helps ensure availability.
Do you offer meet-and-greet sessions?
Absolutely. Before any service begins, we schedule a complimentary introduction so your pet can meet their carer and we can learn about their personality and needs.
What if my pet has special medical needs?
Our team is trained in medication administration and monitoring. We work closely with you and can liaise with your veterinarian to ensure appropriate care.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand plans change. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service receive a full refund. Same-day cancellations may incur a 50% fee.
